Standard IT Support cover is available 8.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday, however our contract hours are flexible and the Service Desk are equipped to provide extended service hours such as 7am-7pm, and weekend and 24/7 cover for those customers who require higher levels of support.
Every IT Support contract includes unlimited remote support for all staff where they can quickly speak directly to an Engineer. All our support Engineers adhere to strict, agreed SLAs and a standard level of IT Security. This includes proactive server, PC, Switches/Access Point/Router and Firewall monitoring and patch and system management. Each client is assigned an Account Manager as their first point of contact and to undertake quarterly review meetings to ensure your IT Support Service and IT Strategy are kept on track in order to achieve your company goals.
